We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being close to the metro and tram stations, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us change our room when we had an issue with odor and noise. The new room was much better, more comfortable, and quieter. We also appreciated the value for money we received during our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are kind and helpful, and they really try their best to ensure a pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay in Istanbul
During our visit to Istanbul, we had an excellent stay at the Topkapi Inter. The front desk staff were superb and the concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the Bosphorus and the city, and the bed was comfortable with the most amazing pillows. The hotel offered a great variety of food options which were always well presented.

Very good position only a few meters from tram station (6 stations from Sultanahmet station). Very clean and very polite hotel staff. I liked that the hotel had a free parking.

Great location close to metro/tram station, clean rooms, nice facilities including Turkish bath, sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to public transportation and welcoming staff
During my recent city trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel located near public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. The friendly staff were also a welcoming sight after a long day of sightseeing.
My experience at the hotel was tainted by poor service from unpleasant staff. the hotel charged exorbitant prices for amenities such as the swimming pool and gym, and even basic items like water and food were overpriced.

Great location, close to transportation, supermarket, and old city walls. Helpful and courteous front desk staff. Quick and easy room change. Comfortable and quiet room. Good value for money.
